Qi Gong (Chi Dynamics and Meditation Society)

Qi Gong is beneficial to ease the burdens of our hectic lifestyles, reduce stress, improve quality of sleep, energize us and beef up our immunity system. Qi Gong forms are taught as gentle flowing movements, and are for all body types and all levels of fitness.
