Use of Church Facilities

Booking of rooms and halls

  1. Bookings must be made at least one week in advance of intended use with the parish secretary at the parish office.
  2. Phone bookings will not be entertained. Cancellation must be done at least three days before.
  3. In the event that your room of choice is not available for booking, another room will be allocated. You will be informed of the change accordingly.

Use of church hall foyer

  1. Ministries or groups that wish to use the church hall foyer during weekend masses for promotions or registrations are to make bookings with the parish secretary at the parish offi ce at least two weeks in advance of intended use.
  2. If the weekend of your choice is already booked for some other activity, you may be offered an alternative weekend.
